Last week I had an interview where I had to speak to 5 different people. I was put in a conference room while each interviewer came in one by one for about a half an hour each. While I thought they were possibly going to ask me the same questions over and over, each interview seemed to build on the previous. The first interviewer talked a lot about the position, about the company, and asked me some basic background questions. From there I was asked more and more about my past work experience and what I thought I could bring to the position. When I finally got to the last interviewer, she asked if I had any questions, and the conversation took off from there. I've never spoken to that many people in an interview setting before, but it was nice to be able to meet the majority of people you could potentially be working with. It gave me a better idea of the personalities and environment of the department.

I had a third interview last week and was very disappointed.  The guy doing the interview was with the company only 1.5 days!  That is right 1.5 days!  He had no information about the company and only talked about his previous position.  What a disadvantage.  Needless to say, I have not yet heard back from them.
